George Clooney Refuses To Appear In Bridget Jones
Heart-throb GEORGE CLOONEY has refused to appear in the forthcoming BRIDGET JONES DIARY movie.
The film's writer, RICHARD CURTIS, has dispelled rumours that the PERFECT STORM star will be acting alongside RENEE ZELLWEGER. He says, "I'm sorry for everyone hoping to catch a glimpse of George Clooney in a dreamy haze but that was never going to happen. He is a hunk, but we have our very own hunks in the film. Both COLIN FIRTH and HUGH GRANT are ample match." (ES/E/RP)
