August Entertainment has sued InternetStudios.com, claiming that the Internet company, which owns ReporterTV.com and OnlineFilmSales.com had reneged on a licensing deal, the online entertainment news site Inside reported Thursday. According to the suit August was to have received $1 million up front and another $1 million within six months but none of that has been paid. Instead, the suit claims, InternetStudios had "deliberately rendered itself financially unable to respond to a money judgment through gifts, salaries, loans, dividends and other devices and schemes."
