Meanwhile, it was announced that CBS has tapped original Survivor winner Richard Hatch to interview contestants of Survivor: The Australian Outback on the CBS Early Show with Bryant Gumbel after they are booted out of the Outback. Hatch told today's (Wednesday) New York Daily News that he's also considering the possibility of hosting an American version of the British hit game show The Weakest Link. However an NBC spokeswoman told the newspaper that the network has no definite plans to launch the show although it is still under consideration for both for primetime and syndication.
