Cancer Forces Postponement Of New Fox Comedy

Fox has confirmed that it has indefinitely postponed comedian Robert Schimmel's new comedy series that had been scheduled to debut in November.

Schimmel is undergoing chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a type of cancer that attacks white blood cells. The series, in which Schimmel was to have played the father of two girls, was being developed by producer Mike Scully (The Simpsons).
