A cleaned-up version of critically-acclaimed film BILLY ELLIOT is to hit cinemas in Britain - so kids can go and see it.
According to industry bible VARIETY, the film's producers have removed the 35 swear words in the film, which means its rating could be reduced from a 15 certificate to a U.
Studio bosses at UNIVERSAL say many parents have been disappointed they couldn't take their children to see the film about the 12-year-old boy. (NFA/WNWCAN)
