Despite receiving a new investment infusion of $100 million from Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures, Oxygen Media announced Tuesday that it is laying off 65 employees, about 10 percent of its staff. The company, which operates the women's channel Oxygen, also announced other cost-cutting measures, including the closure of its Seattle office and a reorganization of its Web sites.
