ALL SAINT NATALIE APPLETON has ditched her sexy image - to play a dowdy housewife.

Natalie will follow in the footsteps of bandmate MELANIE BLATT, who recently starred as a gangster girl in DOG EAT DOG, by damping down her sexpot look and getting dirty for the screen. The NEVER EVER hitmaker says, "I've got a film, it's a solo gig. Mel did Dog Eat Dog and was a right Sharon in it but she loved it. "I thought, 'hey, I'd like an unsexy role too. Make me a housewife with kids and greasy hair. Let me get under the skin of someone completely different.' "The others are not involved, just me. But I've said too much, as always. So watch this space."
