CBS TV President Les Moonves dismissed published speculation Monday that the network was likely to bump Touched by an Angel from its Sunday-night slot and replace it with Survivor II after the reality show debuts following the Super Bowl on Jan. 28. "More than likely, it'll air mid-week sometime," Moonves told reporters. "I mean, do you go after NBC's Thursday night block, or put it back on Wednesday nights, where it did well during the summer? Those are questions we're struggling with right now." He did not indicate when he expected to make a decision, saying, "I just like keeping our competitors on edge." He also indicated that it was likely that a third Survivor series will air in the fall.
