The Montreal local of the Canadian actors union, ACTRA, has demanded that the government crack down on American actors working without permits in Canada. As reported Friday by CBC Radio, the union said that U.S. actors who did not hold valid work permits were employed for a TV commercial produced in Montreal in September.
