Sunday night's final installment of a week of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire shows featuring celebrity contestants did not draw the overwhelming numbers ordinarily associated with the game series, but it did pull the biggest audience of the night -- a 14.5/20 in the 9:00 p.m. hour. It also helped ABC win the night with an 11.7/17 average. CBS was second with a 10.6/16, followed by Fox with an 8.6/13 and NBC with a 7.2/11.
