AL PACINO may be the next Hollywood star lured into performing in a West End theatre.

London's legendary OLD VIC THEATRE was given a new lease on life by AMERICAN BEAUTY star KEVIN SPACEY, who became a consultant to the theatre after appearing there in THE ICEMAN COMETH.

Now Spacey and production head SALLY GREENE are desperate to tempt SCENT OF A WOMAN star Pacino, 60, into the theatre. The actor is known to be keen for a return to the boards if the right project comes along. Insiders say there is no firm commitment - but a project is being sought to suit the American megastar.
