Actress SHANNON DOHERTY has been secretly battling an agonising stomach ailment for years.

The CHARMED star says Crohn's disease inflicts her with chronic inflammation of the intestine, which can result in low grade fever and diarrhoea. She says, "It can kind of mess with you. There's nothing sexy about a woman saying, 'I've got to go to the bathroom right now'." (MBN/TS/RGS)
