Veteran comedians Milton Berle, Jonathan Winters, George Carlin, Red Buttons, Rich Little, Phyllis Diller, Norm Crosby, Bill Dana, and Shelley Berman have invested in a new Internet venture, Laugh.com, aimed at showcasing their works and also the talent of younger comics, the Wall Street Journal reported today (Friday). According to company co-founder Robert Kohn, the site will offer free clips from videos and comedy albums recorded by the comics and sell the complete videocassettes, CDs, and DVDs online. The site is expected to launch this fall, but an exact date has not been set. "We will launch when it's funny," Kohn told the WSJ.
