Gorgeous supermodel CLAUDIA SCHIFFER has found a new lover only weeks after dumping playboy TIM JEFFRIES - the lucky man is British producer MATTHEW VAUGHN.

Matthew, 30, the brains behind hit films SNATCH and LOCK STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS, has been friends with the German beauty for a year, but as soon as she became available he quickly snapped her up.

A source close to the couple says, "Matthew always joked he fancied Claudia Schiffer and now he's got her. He can't stop laughing about it. But it's a full-on love thing, not some silly fling. They are really mad about each other." And Claudia, 30, is said to be "head over heels" in love with the son of MAN FROM UNCLE TV legend ROBERT VAUGHN.

The blonde model reportedly ditched Jeffries because his fortune - meagre in comparison to hers - could not cater for their jet-set lifestyle and she got fed up of picking up all the bills.
