Hollywood superstar ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, is being lined-up to star in a new DISNEY blockbuster to be filmed in Ireland early next year (01).

The TERMINATOR star will spend several weeks on location in Dublin and Wicklow making the movie - a science fiction epic about dragons that take over the earth.

Also in the frame is AMERICAN PSYCHO star CHRISTIAN BALE, who recently completed work with JOHN HURT in CAPTAIN CORELLI'S MANDOLIN.

REIGN OF FIRE is said to be a cross between a monster movie like DRAGONHEART and a MAD MAX film. Former body-builder Schwarzenegger is expected to play a villain in the movie. The budget for Reign Of Fire is believed to be at least $80 million (£50 million).
