Liz Hurley may be dumped as the model-spokeswoman for Estée Lauder Cosmetics and replaced by actress Gwyneth Paltrow (Shakespeare in Love), the London daily Express reported today (Thursday), citing unnamed sources. According to the newspaper, Hurley, who receives $1.5 million annually from the cosmetics company, has been criticized within the cosmetics firm for adopting an image that is "too risqué" in poses for a number of magazine interviews. At the same time, Hurley has criticized the company for not informing her of the recent strike by SAG and AFTRA against advertisers when it filmed her for recent commercials. She was subsequently branded a scab by the unions.
