TITANIC star KATE WINSLET has launched a scathing attack on
celebrities who sell pictures of their babies to glamorous
magazines.

The actress, who recently gave birth to new daughter MIA,
released a simple photo of herself, husband JIM THREAPELTON and the baby soon after the birth - but never considered following in the footsteps of MICHAEL DOUGLAS and CATHERINE ZETA-JONES by auctioning off the pictures.

She says, I have very strong feelings about that. There is a very fine line between satisfying the public's interest and selling off your private life.

"I find it kind of sad that people feel the need to do that and
at the end of the day you can only say that they needed the money. I would never do that.

"No matter how poor I was my private life would always be the
most important thing in the world. And if I didn't have that I
would just be a commodity.

"I would never sell things to magazines like OK or HELLO!."
