Heart-throb HUGH GRANT is finding comfort after his split from LIZ HURLEY - in the arms of JULIA ROBERTS. According to Britain's SUNDAY MAIL newspaper, the pair, who co- starred in romantic NOTTING HILL, have been consoling each other after their "recent love splits".

The gorgeous PRETTY WOMAN actress is said to have recently ended her year-long relationship with THE NEXT BEST THING star BENJAMIN BRATT, while Hugh split with Hurley earlier this year (00).

Hugh flew to Los Angeles last week (ends26OCT00), and friends thought he would attend the premiere of his beautiful ex- girlfriend's new film BEDAZZLED - but instead he met Julia for a secret tryst at THE STANDARD HOTEL on SUNSET STRIP, it has been claimed.

A friend says, "Julia is absolutely over the moon about Hugh. She's wildly happy." And a pal of Hugh's adds, "He was rather upset after he and Elizabeth split, but he and Julia got on very well during the filming of Notting Hill and he feels very comfortable with her."
