British pop superstar Robbie Williams who was rebuked by the British TV watchdog ITC last year for a raunchy televised performance in Dublin, got off clean by the BSC, another watchdog, over an appearance in August on the BBC's Top of the Pops during which he dropped his pants. "His performance was comic; the figure he cut while trying to dance with his jeans around his ankles was hardly erotic," the BSC said, adding, "The performance had been more farcical than real."
