Perhaps even more intriguing than the top ten were the shows that didn't make the top ten last week. They included two episodes of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, at No. 11 and No. 13, representing the first time that the show has fallen out of the top-ten list since it went on the air. Wednesday night's West Wing, which, given the gigantic numbers for its season opener seemed poised to challenge E.R. as the top TV drama, fell to No. 15. Game 1 of the World Series placed 14th -- vs. a 6th-place finish a year ago. Monday Night Football tied for 17th, and CBS's 60 Minutes fell to 19th.
