The pair, who will walk down the aisle next month (18NOV00) at New York's PLAZA HOTEL are insisting on the best of everything for the high-profile celebrity occasion.

One source says, "I understand that even crystal has been imported from France for the occasion. "Catherine has ordered an off the shoulder ecru affair, very alluring and quite clinched at the waist. "And she will of course be wearing her stunning new $150,000 (£100,000) necklace, Michael gave her on her birthday."
