The Pensacola Bay International Film and Television Festival is built around the theme of the five flags and five cultures that have flown over our shores. We encourage filmmakers and television programming artists to submit their work for consideration so that we may celebrate the creative artists and their visions that make the five cultures that have ruled the city so vibrant and valuable.
