CHRIS O’DOWD (Ray)
Chris O’Dowd is best known for his role in the hit Channel 4 series The It Crowd, and the award winning feature film, Festival, a black comedy set during the annual Edinburgh Fringe Festival, for which he won the BAFTA Scotland award for Best Actor in a Scottish Film in 2005.

His other feature credits include Hotel Very Welcome for director Sonja Heiss, andMike Leigh’s Vera Drake. O’Dowd was recently seen on British television in Roman’s Empire and The Amazing Mrs Pritchard. He is known in Ireland for his television appearances in Showbands II, for which he received his second Irish Film and Television nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting role, following his previous nomination in 2005 for the popular series The Clinic.

MARC WOOTTON (Toby)
Marc Wootton began his career with a series of sell out festival appearances and quickly made the transition to television and radio, picking up the ISP Gold Award for writing.
Since making his name with BBC3’s Cyderdelic he has firmly established himself as one of the country’s edgiest comedy writers and performers, building up a cult following from his two TV shows My New Best Friend for Channel 4 and High Spirits with Shirley Ghostman for BBC3. My New Best Friend, which won the 2003 British Comedy Award for Best New Show was written and performed by Wootton. High Spirits with Shirley Ghostman saw Wootton as the psychic Shirley, with his spirit guide Sheba the dog helping him to contact the famous and infamous of the spirit world. The show was filmed in front of a live audience who all believed Shirley to be the genuine article.

His other television credits include the award winning Nighty Night, French & Saunders, and a starring role in BBC2’s comedy drama Thin Ice. He made his feature film debut in Fox Searchlight/BBC Film’s Confetti, and is currently developing his own sketch show with BBC2.

DEAN LENNOX KELLY (Pete)
Dean Lennox Kelly is one of the UK’s hottest young comedy actors having established himself with roles in the feature films Mike Basset: England Manager, Deathwatch and Saving Grace. His other feature credits include The Secret Life of Words for Isabel Coixet.

He is perhaps most widely recognised for his role in Channel Four’s award winning cult television show Shameless. His other television credits include an episode of Doctor Who for the BBC in which he played the role of Shakespeare, The Cranford Chronicles with Judi Dench, Michael Gambon and Imelda Staunton, and the ITV oneoff drama Dead Clever.

Lennox Kelly featured within the main cast of the television series Sorted and The Worst Week of my Life, in addition to roles in dramatisations such as Tipping the Velvet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
On stage he has appeared at the National Theatre in Oh, What a Lovely War and in the Popular Mechanicals at the Arts Theatre. His radio credits for the BBC include The Clapham Shuffle and Singles Night.

ANNA FARIS (Cassie)
After huge success playing the lead in the Scary Movie franchise Anna Faris has carved out a career as one of the most successful and natural comic actors of her generation. The roles she has chosen to play in films such as Just Friends, My Super Ex-Girlfriend and Lost in Translation have confirmed her position as an audience favourite.
In 2003, she co-starred in the Oscar nominated film Lost in Translation, alongside Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson for director Sofia Coppola. The critically acclaimed box-office hit earned Faris rave reviews. Her other feature credits include the award winning Brokeback Mountain for director Ang Lee, and the Newline comedy Waiting. She has recently completed filming Kids in America for Universal Pictures opposite Topher Grace, and the comedy Smiley Face for director Gregg Araki, and the Warner
Independent Picture’s Mama’s Boy, opposite Diane Keaton and John Heder. And an untitled comedy about a centrefold for Happy Madison and Columbia Pictures. The project is based on her original idea and is written by her along with the writers of Legally Blonde.

Faris is well remembered for her recurring role on the final season of Friends, playing a surrogate mother to Monica and Chandler’s adopted babies.

MEREDITH MACNEIL (Millie)
Meredith McNeil’s diverse career spans stage, screen and television. She appeared in the British comedy feature films Confetti, Festival, and Blackball, and will next be seen in The Good Night for Jake Paltrow.
Her televisions credits include two series of Man Stroke Woman for the BBC, in addition to My Family & Other Animals. She has appeared in the cult television series Peep Show, as well as in The Queen’s Sister, Ultimate Force and The Vice. On stage, McNeil has appeared at the Bush Theatre in Trance and Vanishing Point, at the Royal National Theatre in Measure for Measure and Richard III, the Globe in The Taming of the Shrew, and for Royal Shakespeare Company A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
