Tim Farrington - Details

Biography

Trained at the Bristol and Shrewsbury Colleges of Art, Farrington started his first film set production company in 1982. He provided model making and scenic art services to a wide variety of customers around the world, including the BBC, ITV and many independent film and video producers.

Farrington's first job for Aardman came in 1985 on the Peter Gabriel video "Sledgehammer." Since then, he has had major input into most of Aardman's top productions, most notably the Wallace & Gromit trilogy that won two Academy Awards®.
