Shirley Henderson most recently played Leonora in Mike Leigh's "Topsy-Turvy" for which she received excellent reviews. She will next be seen as Annie in Michael Winterbottom's "The Claim" and Eve in Frank van Passel's "Villa des Roses". Other film credits include the role of Debbie in Michael Winterbottom's "Wonderland", and Gail in Danny Boyle's "Trainspotting".
She is perhaps more widely known for her appearance in the popular BBC series "Hamish Macbeth" in which she played the part of Isobel, opposite Robert Carlyle.
