Billy Elliot Is Festival Favorite

The organizers of France's British Film Festival in Dinard have awarded Stephen Daldry's Billy Elliot their top Hitchcock award.

The film also received the highest vote count among the public attending the festival. It begins a rollout in the U.S. on Friday.
