Lindsay Lohan has reportedly moved out of her Venice Beach home following her run-in with a 'trespasser'.

Lonnie Short was arrested on the actress's property on January 1, after knocking on her door and demanding to speak with her.

He was later sentenced to 24 months of probation and served with a restraining order barring him from contacting Lohan.

TMZ reports that Lohan has now left the house for good and is living at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles.

Lohan's belongings have been moved to storage until she determines where she will live next, with sources claiming that she may decide to move to New York City when her probation ends in March.

The 25-year-old was recently praised by the judge at her latest probation hearing and is on course to complete all of the requirements of the sentence on time.
