Shia LaBeouf is celebrating after learning he won't be charged with drunk driving following a July car accident in Hollywood that left him with a shattered hand.

Authorities arriving at the scene suspected the Transformers star had been drinking, but the Los Angeles District Attorney has declared there isn't enough evidence to bring a case against the actor.

LaBeouf, who was arrested before undergoing hand surgery after the collision, has already avoided blame in the near-fatal accident - 21-year-old Simon Herbert was cited for running a red light and causing the crash last month.
