Wallace and Gromit are on a roll


Wallace and Gromit are becoming bakers for their new film.

Trouble At' Mill starts shooting in January and will be shown on BBC1, in a 30-minute TV format.

The story sees Wallace and Gromit converting their home into a granary and bakery, complete with windmill and robotic kneading arms.

Gromit is concerned by the disappearance of 12 local bakers have disappeared this year.

But Wallace is distracted after falling in love with bread enthusiast Piella Bakewell.

Aardman's Nick Park said: "I love making films for the cinema but the production of Chicken Run and Curse of the Were-Rabbit were virtually back to back and each film took five years to complete."

"Trouble At' Mill will be so much quicker to make and I can't wait to get back into production."
