Kiefer Sutherland faces jail if he is convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, under California's two strikes system. The 24 star was on his way home from a Fox network party when he was pulled over by police on the junction of La Cienega and Beverly at 1.35am after making an illegal U-turn. A breath test found him to have twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system, according to reports.
