Madonna is taking a leaf out of husband Guy Ritchie's book and directing a film.

Madge is due to start the filming of comedy Filth And Wisdom in London towards the end of April.

It's Madonna's first return to the film circuit since 2002's Swept Away which was directed by Ritchie and widely regarded as a real turkey.

A friend of the pair has told The Sun: "Madonna has Guy's full support. She told him, 'Anything you can do, I can do better, honey.'"
