Salma Hayek says her dream is to own a chicken farm.

The actress, who stars in Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003), told German magazine TV Movie: "I dream of having a farm with chickens where I collect the eggs myself and grow vegetables."

The 37-year-old star also said her career was not the most important thing in her life.

"My career is not my priority. I just choose projects that will be fun," she said.

Hayek, currently dating actor Josh Lucas, also said: "I don't like vain men who try to impress me with their affected behaviour.

"My partner has to be prepared to support me in my personal development and to grow with me."
