Friends star Courteney Cox Arquette is expecting her first child.

The actor, 38, who is married to David Arquette, is almost three months pregnant.

Just like her character in the series, she has been trying desperately to have a baby.

"Courteney is pregnant and she is delighted," a source close to Cox said yesterday.

Cox has already been through two miscarriages.
