Russell Crowe has been playing up again.

On the set of his latest project, Master and Commander (2003), Rusty wasn't satisfied with the hairstylist's efforts to hide his greying locks and so demanded that his own hairdresser, a woman named Belinda Jeffrey, be flown over (first class, of course) from Australia once a month. This has added a tidy £100,000 to the production costs of the movie. One source from the set said: 'Russell has already been throwing his weight around, making sure everyone knows he is the biggest cheese around here. But no one could believe it when he started making all these demands about his hairdresser. The rumour is that the hairdresser is extra important to him because he has started to go grey. He is pretty sensitive about it.' So there you have it – Russell's really just a sensitive guy.
