The Winona Ryder saga continues following her arrest outside a Beverly Hills store on December 12th 2001, for alleged theft of clothes, vandalism and possession of a controlled substance

On Friday (14th June, 2002) Ryder appeared in a Beverly Hills courtroom and pleaded not guilty to the charges. She had her arm in a sling from a scuffle at a previous court hearing and replied in a soft tone with her plea.

Ryder is on a $20,000 bail and if convicted could face a maximum of three years and eight months in state prison.
