Ewan McGregor the new Bond ?
Scottish film star Ewan McGregor has revealed that he wants to take over as the new James Bond, once Pierce Brosnan moves on after the next-but-one instalment of the action series.
The Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) actor has yet to be approached to play the super spy, but He says, "Bond would be incredible, but after playing Bond and Obi-Wan Kenobe maybe you'd have to give up after that. "Get the Bond people to call my people."
The next bond film, Die Another Day (2002), is due out at the end of the year staring Pierce Brosnan and Halle Berry, so expect the usual fast action and smooth talking from the secret agent.
