A New Yorker has accused hunky actor MARK WAHLBERG of assault. LEONARD TAYLOR, 32, claims the PLANET OF THE APES (2001) star attacked him outside the SERAFINA Italian restaurant in Manhattan on 22 November (01).

East Harlem man Taylor alleges the former CALVIN KLEIN underwear model punched him in the face and bit him on the arm, but seemed fuzzy about other details. But New York police are sceptical about the claim, and believe Taylor is looking for money.
