During Monsters, Inc. (2001)'s opening weekend, the animated feast, has managed to smash records for animated film.
The movie, starring Billy Crystal made $63.5 million during the opening weekend, rendering it the sixth best opener, of all time!
In second place, earning $20 million, was One, the (2001), starring Jet Li.
