ESTELLA WARREN hates getting a spot while she's making a film - because it becomes a movie emergency. The 22-year-old beauty, who rose to fame in PLANET OF THE APES (2001), says the simplest beauty problem can be a huge deal for movie bosses.

She explains, "When you have a zit on a movie set, I'd say about eight people get involved in the zit crisis. The director of photography will come in and take a look at it and see if he can shoot around it. " She continues, "Then the makeup people come in and burn the zit. It's a big deal. "(MB/CO/KW)
