Swordfish Bombing Scene Gets Movie Binned
British cinemas are removing the film SWORDFISH (2001) from schedules because of a bombing scene. In the film, which also stars HUGH JACKMAN and HALLE BERRY, JOHN TRAVOLTA plays a terrorist who decimates an entire city block.
WARNER VILLAGE, UGC, ODEON and UCI are among cinema chains which have removed the movie in the wake of shocking terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. (BRC/WNWCAN/NFA)
