COURTENEY COX ARQUETTE and her husband DAVID ARQUETTE are getting ready to try for a baby for the second time this year.

The pair, who suffered a miscarriage earlier this year (01), have been cleared by doctors to try again to conceive their first child. Arquette's step father HUNTER COPELAND says, "The doctors have cleared her to try again."

About the miscarriage Copeland would only say, "She was very disappointed."
