TIM BURTON has ruled out a sequel to PLANET OF THE APES (2001) - because he can't astand working with Hollywood studios.

The BATMAN (1989) movie maker is furious at HOLLYWOOD'S FOX studios for delaying the start of shooting until November (00) due to budget concerns.

He says, "The idea of doing a sequel - I'd rather jump out of the window, I swear to God. They give you a script and you do a budget based on that, and say 'this movie would cost $300m to make', and then they treat you like a crazy, over-spending, crazy-person! It's like 'well, you gave me the script!'" (BRC/WNBIN/IG)
