TOM CRUISE has refused to give estranged wife NICOLE KIDMAN half of his fortune.

The MISSION IMPOSSIBLE (1996) star had been reported to have struck a deal to give Kidman $170 million (£119 million). But he says the couple have not even talked about the financial side of their divorce deal.

PAT KINGSLEY, spokesman for the couple says of the report, "They have not sat down to mediate. This is not true. "

The couple share a series of houses and have also to conclude a deal on the custody of their two children, Isabella, eight, and six-year old Connor.
