Despite being panned by critics, the writers of TOMB RAIDER (2001) are already planning their next blockbuster. PATRICK MASSETT and JOHN ZINMAN have been hired by DISNEY and JERRY BRUCKHEIMER's production company to rewrite the sci-fi thriller RED WORLD. The movie is about a man who travels back in time to stop the ruling class of his world ever making it into power. Originally written by TRAVIS WRIGHT and JOHN GLENN, the story was picked up by Bruckheimer last summer (00). Massett and Zinman are also working on a script for THE FIRST KING, a film due to star JET LI. (IG/WNWCPO/RP)
