Douglas Doesn't Like The Taste Of Kirk
Movie veteran KIRK DOUGLAS has asked his son MICHAEL to remove his name from his first batch of wine - because it's awful.
The TRAFFIC (2000) star, who has a vineyard in Majorca, Spain, was devastated when his dad informed him that his `Kirk' vintage was a little sharp for his taste.
Kirk says, "I was really honoured when he told me he'd called one of his wines Kirk but upon a first taste of the wine my wife said it was awful and I should take my name off it. "I might wait though because you have to have a few years for the wine to become very good." (CR&KL/WN/KW)
