Stunning actress SHARON STONE will step into the shoes of Hollywood legend LANA TURNER in a new movie.

With plans to make the sequel to BASIC INSTINCT (1992) looking dismal, the blonde beauty is keen to act soon.

Sharon will play the 1940s actress in a thriller called THE SWEATER GIRL, which focuses on the murder of Lana's gangster boyfriend. (ES/WNTST/NFA)
