OSCAR-nominated actress KATE HUDSON will play an angel in a new movie produced by her new film company COSMIC.

The ALMOST FAMOUS (2000) star has signed up to play a dead 1970s actress, who is sent back to earth with a late 1940s mobster to claim the life of a racist disc jockey in LAST CALL. (KL/HR/CPT)
