A prosecutor has implied that JENNIFER LOPEZ was not required to testify in the SEAN 'PUFFY' COMBS trial - because she would have lied.

Assistant District Attorney MATTHEW BOGDANOS claimed associates of the rapper had lied when giving evidence - and he would have expected the Latin actress to follow suit, if she was called to testify in the New York court case.
