FRIENDS star COURTENEY COX ARQUETTE fell for husband DAVID ARQUETTE because he made her laugh so much.

The couple met on the set of the SCREAM movies and Courteney thought he was very witty. She says, "I love people with a sense of humour. When I first met David he was a complete clown, cracking me up laughing all the time. I thought, 'Well, he's fun. I'm not going to marry him, but what a fun guy."

Soon afterwards she saw the more serious side of the man. She says, "Everything I would want in a man, he's got it." Talking about her decision to add his name to hers professionally she explains, "When I met David, it just seemed a statement that we were joining together."
