OSCAR-nominated JULIA ROBERTS recently popped into the men's toilet when a ladies queue was too long at Los Angeles' trendy IVY restaurant.

To guard her modesty, the ERIN BROCKOVICH star asked an obliging male bystander to stand guard while she sneaked into the gents - but when the other ladies wanted the same treatment, the man snubbed them.

He shrugged, "Sorry, Julia's a star." (ES/NE/KW)
